Legacy Gardens is a new neighborhood that is being developed in Prosper TX 75078.  Risland Homes has two model homes that will be completed and open to the public by the end of Sept 2019.  Legacy Gardens is a 300-acre single-family community which is a few miles North of Highway 380  and the Dallas North Tollway in Prosper Texas.

Risland Homes is not only a new home builder, but is also the land developer of Legacy Gardens.  It is projected that they will build 134 homes in Phase 1 and price ranges start from the $400,000’s to the $800,00’s.  The neighborhood is anticipated to have 650 homes when it is completed.   Home sizes will range from 2,800 to 5,000 sqft.  Homebuyers will have the option to select up to 80-foot wide lot sizes to accommodate 1 story and 2 story homes.
